The main task of the company until 2025 is to increase the production of flour to 1,000,000 tons per year. The implementation of this task will be carried out by expanding sales markets, the range of products, which will fully meet the needs of customers and ensure a higher quality of flour than competitors, as well as improve the quality of products.
THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ENTERPRISE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
- To enter the top three leaders of Kazakhstan in the export of flour;
- Ensuring intensive growth in production and sales while maintaining quality and compliance with food standards in the production of products;
- Reduction of the share of expensive credit resources in the company’s working capital.
For this, it is planned to carry out the following tasks:
- Expansion of the product range, namely the production of flour up to 20 different varieties;
- Modernization of the laboratory of the enterprise, improvement of technological processes in the production of flour;
- Expansion and renewal of the cargo fleet;
- Increase in sales volumes;
- Expanding the sales market, attracting new customers;
- Optimization and reduction of current expenses of the enterprise;
- Strengthening human resources;
- Tax optimization;
- Attraction of credit resources on preferential terms.
